Preparing Patterns for Portland

Last weekend I visited Michelle and her family in their beautiful town of Asheville, North Carolina. In addition to taking in some of the local sights (and eating plenty of delicious barbecue) we spent many hours printing and organizing our collection of more than 300 patterns in preparation for Michelle’s upcoming trip to Portland, Oregon. With the help of Michelle’s precocious office assistants Ruth and Cora, we sifted the collection into five themes, and made color and scale adjustments to show the patterns at their best.
